His raised hand, it looks more like the back of his hand. If you look at the inside of your hand, you can see a round form similar to what you drew near his pinky side. You also need a round form coming from his thumb - this is the more important "lump thing" to indicate that it's the inside of the hand.
Also, his other hand is a little too round. Might I suggest added a more square-ish/pointed knuckle?
